Job Description
The role of the Aftermarket National Sales Manager is to maximize sales of new and existing product into the aftermarket and plan and spec market channels. Focused on effective management and development of our manufactures rep network. Additionally, will provide and coordinate technical and engineering support to rep network in addition to cost estimating and price management.
Manage aftermarket and plan and spec channel for CCP, ICP and Applied Products.
Provide product and sales tools training to rep office personnel.
Recruit new rep offices for existing and new products.
Manage pricing within the channel.
Participate in the development of new products and proposals
Leadership and managerial skills
Knowledge of contracts and negotiating
Technical knowledge based on the HVACR Industry.
Sales skills and the ability to sell through others.
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
