As the Human Resources Generalist, you'll be making sure the company is compliant with all HR activities, programs and policies.
As the Human Resources Generalist, your strong experience with employee relations, investigations, and recruitment are key areas for this role, as well as training.
Compliance with Federal, State and local regulations will be a major area of focus for you.
You will also be a valuable partner assisting in career development that includes discussing career paths with line managers and recommending promotions.
There are going to be a lot of areas where you will be creating programs from scratch.
Oversee all of the payroll and HR systems.
This is a highly visible position and you'll be working directly with upper management.
We want this HR Generalist - you - to articulate the values and culture of the organization.
We need you to support business objectives, lead and participate in special strategic assignments and use data and analytics to drive improvements.
You'll be a part of the solution to day-to-day employee relations problems with investigations and help resolve issues directly and through advice from management.
Assisting with the recruitment process includes discussing staffing needs with operations and line managers, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
Your development of performance improvement plans and ability to provide guidance and counsel to management on employee performance issues will be valued.
Minimum requirements for this Human Resources Generalist position:
BS degree in Human Resources, Labor or Industrial Relations, Business Management or related discipline required At least 3 years' experience of HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
